This property is probably the nicest we have stayed in as a family. It was exceptionally clean and decorated to an excellent standard. It is thoughtfully laid out with lots of homely touches. It's location is great as it made it easy for us to drive to either the north or south coast - we did both- north coast for body boarding and the south coast for stand up paddle boarding and lots of coastal walking . WE SAW SEALS!! The games room was mentioned in a couple of reviews we read- it really was as good as the reviews said it was. It is such a good space for family games and the teens enjoyed it as much as the parents. The garden at the front is perfectly suited to the badminton set. The outside tap and wetsuit hanging area was well used- there were lots of family friendly touches like that from hosts who clearly understand the needs of families on holiday. We read reviews that mentioned they would book again, and predictably, we will be doing the same!

Hattie and Ollie made us feel really welcome and at home at Treliggon Farm. The Cottage was spotlessly clean and a lot more spacious than we imagined. The kitchen had everything you could want in order to cook a fabulous meal and the wine fridge was a real bonus. The lounge was large and very easy to relax in and the wood burner made the place really homely. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and all the rooms were very spacious with stylish, modern decor and lots of lovely touches to make you feel at home. We loved that we had the option of a luxury bath as well as showers. The icing on the cake was the games room!! Fully equipped with pool table, darts and table football. This was a real plus and it has been thoughtfully decorated with a rustic, surf styling, loved it!! There is a huge patio area for relaxing and for the children to play. The location was great for exploring both North and South Coasts of Cornwall. Fowey is a short drive with it's lovely bars and restaurant, and we enjoyed our SUP at rhe lovely beaches of Polkerris and Porthpean. We had a short drive to Padstow with it's lovely harbour and plethora of eateries. The local village of Lanivet is delightful and easy walking distance and we had a lovely meal in the village pub. We will be returning! The whole place exceeded our expectations and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This is super family accommodation, loads of room, for me and my sister, niece and nephew. The cottage is clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and a light and airy lounge looking out onto the patio and games room. The kids love the table football and pool table and it was fun trying to beat them at badminton. The BBQ area worked well, so relaxing to have the lighter evenings, a real sense of peace and calm.

Very friendly couple managing it. Hattie and Olli prepared everything for us, there was beer, eggs and cake for reception. The cottage left nothing to be desired, the kitchen equipment, the furnishings in the living area and the bathroom and bedroom were all excellent. There was a lounge area, a barbecue area and a play house in the garden. We felt very comfortable in the rural idyll.

The cottage is just fantastic. We are totally thrilled and can highly recommend this accommodation. The cottage is very spacious, the facilities are great and the hosts are uncomplicated. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome basket including homemade cake! As a family, we appreciated the own games room (with billiards, darts, table football) and used it every day. Unfortunately, the weather did not quite play along with it, so we could not use the patio and the great barbecue. Thank you very much Hattie and Ollie for the great holiday in your cottage!

Location, games room , property , our uninvited guest (the bat) and our very helpful and accommodating hosts who helped get the bat to a wildlife centre . Fabulous holiday home. Welcome basket and fresh milk in the fridge was very much welcomed on arrival after the long drive. Such a beautiful property with space for us all to spread out and not be tripping over each other. Two showers stopped the kids arguing about who was showering first. Games room was such a lovely treat for a bit of friendly ‘loser does the dishes’ at the end of the day.
